Special instructions

1 sample at onset of reaction, 1 sample 3 hours post reaction, 1 sample 24 hours post reaction. Clearly mark this in Clinical details for each sample. Specimens may be kept at room temperature for shipping purposes for 2 days, store at 2–8° C if assayed within 5 days after collection. For longer periods, store samples at –20° C and –70° C.
